Running Over
Official Release
November 27th, 2026
After miraculously surviving being run over by a car, Adam Kempenich embarks on the ultimate test of physical and mental recovery by tackling North Dakota’s brutal Maah Daah Hey 50 Trail Run. Battling relentless heat, punishing badlands terrain, and the lingering trauma of his near-fatal accident, he pushes past his limits alongside a community of fellow ultrarunners.
Running Over is an inspiring chronicle of human resilience, capturing the grit and unyielding willpower required to reclaim one’s life on one of America’s most demanding trails.
